Terms of Service
By accessing and using this online shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Purchaser” or “you”) and White Rabbit Mycology (the “Seller,” “we,” or “us”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Payment
The sole accepted method of payment for all orders is through CashApp.
3. Order Confirmation and Payment Deadline
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation. However, your order is only considered accepted and will be processed once full payment is received via CashApp. If payment is not received within three (3) calendar days of the order being placed, the order will be automatically voided, and the products will be returned to our inventory.
4. Compliance with Local Laws
It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that their purchase and possession of our products comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
5. Confiscated or Illegal Products
We take no responsibility for products confiscated by authorities during transit if those products are deemed illegal in the Purchaser’s jurisdiction. In the event of such confiscation, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
6. Replacements for Contaminated Cultures
We may offer replacements under the following specific conditions:
- Liquid Cultures: Replacements may be provided for liquid cultures that are confirmed to be contaminated. Contamination can only be validated by providing photographic or video evidence of growth on agar plates inoculated with the liquid culture.
- Culture Plates: Replacements may be provided for culture plates that arrive contaminated.
All requests for replacements due to contamination will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the evidence is deemed insufficient or if the contamination is suspected to have occurred after the Purchaser received the product.
7. Customer Support
All customer support inquiries, including questions about orders, products, or replacement requests, must be directed through our dedicated Discord server: https://discord.gg/EcAwkjk3RT.
To access support, please follow these steps within the Discord server:
- Navigate to the role selection channel.
- Select the White Rabbit Mycology Store role.
- Proceed to open a support ticket.
We will not provide customer support through any other channels.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our products are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
