Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the &#8220;Purchaser&#8221; or &#8220;you&#8221;) and White Rabbit Mycology (the &#8220;Seller,&#8221; &#8220;we,&#8221; or &#8220;us&#8221;). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The sole accepted method of payment for all orders is through <strong>CashApp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Order Confirmation and Payment Deadline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation. However, your order is only considered accepted and will be processed once full payment is received via CashApp. If payment is not received within <strong>three (3) calendar days<\/strong> of the order being placed, the order will be automatically voided, and the products will be returned to our inventory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Compliance with Local Laws<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that their purchase and possession of our products comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Confiscated or Illegal Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We take no responsibility for products confiscated by authorities during transit if those products are deemed illegal in the Purchaser&#8217;s jurisdiction. In the event of such confiscation, <strong>no refunds or replacements will be issued.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Replacements for Contaminated Cultures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may offer replacements under the following specific conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Liquid Cultures:<\/strong> Replacements may be provided for liquid cultures that are confirmed to be contaminated. Contamination can <strong>only<\/strong> be validated by providing photographic or video evidence of growth on agar plates inoculated with the liquid culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Culture Plates:<\/strong> Replacements may be provided for culture plates that arrive contaminated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All requests for replacements due to contamination will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the evidence is deemed insufficient or if the contamination is suspected to have occurred after the Purchaser received the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Customer Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All customer support inquiries, including questions about orders, products, or replacement requests, must be directed through our dedicated Discord server: <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/discord.gg\/EcAwkjk3RT\">https:\/\/discord.gg\/EcAwkjk3RT<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To access support, please follow these steps within the Discord server:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to the <strong>role selection channel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>White Rabbit Mycology Store<\/strong> role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proceed to <strong>open a support ticket<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will not provide customer support through any other channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.
